UK Workers Rate Their Bosses Out Of 10

Taking the temperature of a typical UK town; business coaching and corporate training specialists Two Bald Blokes recently took to the streets of Exeter to produce a short film interviewing workers about their bosses.
The film, which can be viewed from the homepage of the company’s new website www.twobaldblokes.com shows the frank opinions of Exeter’s workforce. The new website was designed by Tiverton creative agency Brighter Creative.
The video is one of several on the website, which gives users plenty of chance for interaction through quirky games and chances to post ideas and opinions. The website is typical of Brighter Creative’s ability to produce contemporary designs suiting their client’s core business values.
The film entitled ‘Say it’ shows passers by rating their bosses out of 10 and describing the qualities a good boss should posses, along with what they believe makes a bad boss.
Good Boss The film reveals that employees believe good qualities in a boss to be; someone who is willing to talk to and listen to their workers. Also, a person who is; fair, fun, enthusiastic, patient, approachable and understanding.
Bad Boss One interviewee reveals; “I once had a boss that pretended to have cerebral palsy!”. Other worst traits in a boss that were cited as; arrogance, moodiness, impatience, unorganised and a control freak.
The very candid eye-opening film is a reflection of Two Bald Blokes unique approach to corporate training.*
